WHEREAS, One of these boats, the "Annapolis," is subject to
the orders of the Governor for any public service and is sent
from time to time to open up to navigation the harbors along
the Bay and in so doing add to the prosperity of the adja-
cent towns, and country; and,
WHEREAS, Both of these boats are more than twenty years old
and cost the City of Baltimore a large sum annually for
maintenance and to put them in good order and repair after
their hard and racking service in ice; the city having appro-
priated for the year 1912 for said purposes more than
$20,000; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mat y-
land, That the sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year
1913 and the like sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1914, be and the same are hereby appropriated toward
the expense of maintenance, operation and repair of the ice
boat "Annapolis."
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
shall, upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the Treasury pay
said sums to the City Register of Baltimore City to be by
him deposited to the credit of the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, and to be drawn upon for the purposes above men-
tioned only upon order of the Board of Estimates of Baltimore
City.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 335.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester
County to appoint a county game warden and to define the
duties and obligations of such officer; to provide ways and
means for the compensation of such official; to provide for
the propagation and protection of game and fish in said
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment
of the expenses of protecting and propagating game and of
