on or before the first day of October of each year, to be used
and expended in the construction or maintenance of the public
roads located in Harford county, State of Maryland, as the
County Commissioners of said county may determine.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That sections 204, 205
and 206 of Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland of 1904, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title
"Gaming," said section 206 having been amended by Chapter
127 of the Acts of the GeneraJ, Assembly of Maryland of 1906,
be and the same hereby are repealed so far as they apply to
Harford county.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all other acts or
parts of acts of the general or local laws, or previous grants or
franchises, inconsistent with this act, be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 133.
AN ACT to repeal sections 136, 138 and 140H of Article 56 of
the Code of 1904 of the Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Licenses," sub-title "Motor Vehicles," as amended by
the Act of 1910, Chapter 207, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and adjl three new sections thereto to be known
as 138A, 140 and 141.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 136 and 138 of Article 56 of the Code of
1904, Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Licenses," sub-
title "Motor Vehicles," as amended by the Act of 1910, Chap-
ter 207, be repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to

Fees for Registration of Motor Vehicles.
136. The following fees shall be paid to the Commissioner
of Motor Vehicles for the certificates of registration issued by
him in accordance with the provisions of this sub-title.
Class A. Five dollars per annum for each motor vehicle
-with a rating of ten horse power or less; ten dollars per annum
for each motor vehicle with a rating of more than ten horse
power and not more than twenty horse power; fifteen dollars
per annum for each motor vehicle with a rating of more than
