provisions of said acts; and upon proper presentation of the
facts to the State Road Commission that then and in that event
the said road or roads shall be constructed subject to the provi-
sions of the said act; and upon proper certificate to the State
authorities upon this subject and their acceptance of the plans
and specifications, and a certificate of the completion of said
road or roads in conformity to the plans, specification and con-
tracts, that the said County Commissioners shall pay over to
the State authorities the amount of money chargeable against
Prince George's county. And the said State authorities shall
pay for the construction of said road or roads when approved
and accepted in conformity to the provisions of the said act.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
