71. To the Maryland Institute for the promotion of the
Mechanic Arts, the sum of fifteen thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1913, and the like sum of fifteen thousand dollars for the
fiscal year 1914; provided one free scholarship be received from
each county of the State and one from each legislative district of
Baltimore City, respectively, upon the approval of the State
Senator of each county and the legislative districts of Baltimore
City.

72. To St. Francis Xavier School for Deaf and Dumb, the
sum of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the
like sum of two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

73. To Saint Mary's Female Seminary, St Mary's City,
Maryland, the sum of five thousand five hundred dollars for the
fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of five thousand five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

74. To the Maryland Workshop for the Blind, the sum of
ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum
of ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

75. To Saint Martin's Day Nursery, the sum of one thou-
sand dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of one
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

76. To the Lady Visitors of the Confederate Soldiers' Home
at Pikesville, Maryland, the sum of five hundred dollars for the
fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of five hundred dollars for
the fiscal year 1914.

77. To the Day Nursery of Hagerstown, Maryland, the
sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the
like sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

78. To the Havre de Grace Hospital, the sum of five thou-
sand dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of five
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

79. To the Chase Home, Annapolis, Maryland, the sum of
five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum
of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

80. To the Country Home for Children of Baltimore City,
at Catonsville, Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars for
the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of one thousand dollars
for the fiscal year 1914.

81. To the Hollywood Children's Summer Home, the sum
of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like
sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1914.

82. To the Provident General Hospital, the sum of fifteen
hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1913, and the like sum of
fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1914.
