"Washington County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as enacted
by Chapter 708 of the Acts of 1908.
SEC. 32. It shall not be lawful to sell or attempt to sell at
any season of the year any doves, woodcock, quail, partridges.
Hungarian quail, pheasants, ruffed grouse, English or Mongo-
lian or ring-neck pheasants, Chinese or silver pheasants, wild
turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, deer or fawn, whether killed in said
county or State of Maryland or in any other State or any
other territory or any other country; nor shall it be lawful
for any one to ship for the purpose of selling elsewhere any of
the afore-mentioned game birds or animals. Any person or
persons, agent or corporation, or officer of a corporation violat-
ing any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to thn
penalties provided for by section 34 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title
"Birds and Game," as enacted bv Chapter 708 of the Acts of
1908.

CHAPTER 817.
AN ACT directing the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County to refund to Mary B. Speer, widow of Solomon P.
Speer, to the sum of one hundred and fifty-four dollars and
sixty cents for county taxes paid in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay to Mary
B. Speer, widow of the late Solomon P. Speer, to the sum of
one hundred and fifty-four dollars and sixty cents, being the
amount paid by the said Solomon P. Speer, Sr., and by his
estate after his death, for the years 1899 to 1907, both incln
sive, as county taxes upon machinery assessed to him which was.
sold in the month of December, A. D. 1898.
SEC. 2.
And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Baltimore
County to pay Blanch Paxton Baldwin an annual pension.
