and they are hereby authorized and directed, to pay Blanch
Paxton Baldwin, an afflicted ex-public school teacher, an annual
pension of two hundred dollars, out of the Cutdoor Pension
Fund of said county, the same to be paid in semi-annual instal-
ments of one hundred dollars at the end of each six months,
accounting from the first day of April, 1912.
SEC. 2.
Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 819.
AN ACT to extend the privileges, enlarge the power and amend
the charter of the American Mutual Benefit Society of Bal-
timore, Maryland, Incorporated, a corporation duly incor-
porated under the general laws of this State.

CHAPTER 820.
AN ACT to repeal sections lOfi, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112.
113, 114, 115, 116, 117 and 118 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Girdle-Tree," aa
enacted by Chapter 261 of the Acts of 1884.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113,
114, 115, 116, 117 and 118 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Worcester County," sub-title "Girdle-Tree," as enacted
by Chapter 261 of the Acts of 1884, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That this act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

Maryland, a body corporate incorporated by Chapter 196 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the year
