the name of the shipper, and he shall keep a strict account of all
game sold, its character, the number of birds or quadrupeds,
the time or manner of shipment, with the name and address of
the purchaser and shall file with the State Game Warden an
itemized statement from the before-named book at the close of
every twelve months, beginning with the date of the certificate.
The data thus collected by the State Game Warden shall be held
strictly confidential and shall be used by said State Game War-
den only for the purposes of satisfying himself that the law
relative to this subject is being obeyed within said preserve and
propagating farm, or as evidence in cases where he is satisfied
that the law is not being obeyed. This book, together with the
premises described with' all game thereon, shall be open to
inspection upon demand of the State Game Warden or his depu-
ties, the State Game Warden giving written instructions to his
deputy, directing him to thus inspect such plant, and the refusal
of any person holding the propagating certificate to permit such
inspection by any of the officers above named or the neglect or
refusal upon the part of said holder of said certificate to comply
with the reasonable request of the State Game Warden in any
manner pertaining to said plant in which the said State Game
Warden has the legal right to be heard, shall be sufficient cause
for the refusal upon the part of the State Game Warden to
renew any propagating certificate in this State. All boxes or
crates or packages of any description in which the game may be
shipped or removed from said premises, shall before removal
therefrom have attached thereto a card to be supplied by the
State Game Warden, upon which shall be plainly written in
blank space left for that purpose, the name and address of the
purchaser with the contents of the box, crate or package, and
shall be sold for propagating purposes only. The owner or own-
ers, person or persons, corporation or association shall have the
right to shoot the game upon said game preserves or propagat-
ing game preserves or propagating farms in season, provided
that they do not violate any laws of this State or county. All
birds and animals purchased for the propagating plant shall be
purchased outside of the State of Maryland, and no game or
game animals shall be brought within the State or county to be
put upon the propagating plant.

SEC. 34P. It shall be unlawful for any person within the
State or county to wilfully remove, mutilate or destroy any tags
or maker so fixed to any crate, or box or animal in compliance
with the requirements of this act at any time or at any place
within the State, except as designated by this act or by the
authority of the assignor or assignee of such game or to some
