tioned by the County Commissioners of said county, such a
sum or sums as may be necessary not exceeding fifty thousand
dollars ($50,000) ; and to issue bonds or coupon bonds therefor,
in sums of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than
one thousand dollars, to be signed by the President of the said
Board of County Commissioners, to be attested by 'the Clerk of
said Board of County Commissioners and to have the corporate
seal of said County Commissioners affixed thereto, bearing inter-
est not exceeding five per centum per annum, payable semi-an-
nually on the first day of January and the first day of July in
each and every year thereafter and until the same are paid.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Queen Anne's county be and they are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to build and improve, or to contract, for
the building and improvement of sand-clay, gravel and shell
roads, and for the building of new bridges and culverts, and to
provide for the building of new roads and bridges under the
State aid or "Shoemaker Road Law," under the direct supervi-
sion, control and direction of the County Road Engineer for
Queen Anne's county; provided that the building and improve-
ment of the sand-clay, gravel and shell roads, and the building
of new bridges and culverts wherever the County Commission-
ers and the County Road Engineer for Queen Anne's county
deem it necessary, and the building of new roads and bridges
under the State aid or "Shoemaker Road Law," in said Queen
Anne's county, when finished and completed shall not cost
exceeding fifty thousand dollars.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the proceeds of the sale of
twenty-five thousand dollars' ($25,000) worth (par value) of
said bonds, shall be paid over to the Board of County School
Commissioners of said county, and shall be applied by said
Board of County School Commissioners as follows: Fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000) thereof in the purchase of a site and
in building, erecting and equipping a publio primary school
house in the town of Centreville, in said county, and the remain-
ing ten thousand dollars ($10,000) thereof shall be used in the
purchase of necessary sites, if any shall be necessary, and the
building, erecting and equipping of a public school house in
Templeville, a public school house in Sudlersville, a public
school house at or near Love Point, and a publio school house
at a point about midway between Church Hill and Sudlers-
ville, in said county.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That five committees, to be
known as Advisory Committees, shall be named and selected as
hereinafter set forth. Each of said committees shall be com-
