Blind, be and it is hereby ratified.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 72.

AN ACT to repeal section thirty-two of Article twelve of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as re-enacted with amendments by
the Acts of the General Assembly of eighteen hundred and
ninety-two. Chapter five hundred and five, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 32 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers," as re-enacted with amendments by the General Assembly
of 1892, Chapter 505. is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

32. They shall meet on the first Monday of every month
in each year, except during the months of March, April and
September, when they shall meet as follows:

They shall meet on the third Monday in March, the second
Monday in April, and the second Monday in September, and
may call special meetings whenever they think proper.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 73.

AN ACT to regulate the issuance of marriage licenses of the
State of Maryland and to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments section four of Article sixty-two of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland.
