alty as the State Roads Commission may require for the satis-
factory performance of all the terms and conditions of said per-
mit.
SEC. 3. And it is further provided that this corporation
shall be subject to the provisions of the Baltimore City Charter
and to the ordinances of the Mayor and city council of Balti-
more City.
And be further enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 745.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, section
of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Somer-
set County," sub-title "Oysters," as amended by Act of the
General Assembly of 1900, Chapter 472, and by Act of the
General Assembly of 1902, Chapter 422, relating to the tak-
ing of oysters with scoops, scrapes, drag or dredge within the
waters of Somerset county, and prohibiting the taking of
oysters with tongs in any boat propelled, in whole or part,
by wind or sail.

CHAPTER 746.
AN ACT to provide for transcribing general indexes in the office
of the Register of Wills for Cecil county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Register of Wills for Cecil county be and he is
hereby authorized and required to have transcribed the general
index of wills, the. general index administration and guardian
accounts and distribution, the general index of inventories, list
of sales and debts and others which may now be worn out or
rendered inefficient from continued use in his office, into a new
book or books, well bound, for that purpose, and that he also
fill and supply any vacancy which may now exist in such gen-
eral indexes.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the compensation for such
service shall be at the rate now allowed by law, provided the
