55. To the following gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds
to and for the use and benefit of "The Vestry of the Memorial
Church of the Holy Comforter of Baltimore City": (a) deed
of assignment from Richard James North and Frances E.
North, his wife, to The Vestry of the Memorial Church of the
Holy Comforter of Baltimore City, dated October 2nd, 1896,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber K. O. No. 1641, folio 405, etc.
56. To the bequest of $500.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Nanny Gail Meyer, recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore County in Wills, Liber W.
J. P. No. 16, folio 146, to the Zion Church of the City of
Baltimore, Maryland.
57. To the deed or assignment of certain real estate in Bal-
timore City, Maryland, from Francis K. Carey and Anne Gal-
braith Carey, his wife, to the Committee of the Presbyterian
Church in the City of Baltimore, a corporation of the State of
Maryland, its successors and assigns, for all the residue of the
term of years yet to come and unexpired therein, with the bene-
fit of renewal forever, subject to the payment of the annual
rent of one cent, if demanded; said deed being of record among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
2714, folio 399, etc., bearing date 22nd day of January, 1912,
