PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 1185

47. To the bequest of $500.00 to the Fahrney Memorial
Home of Washington county, Maryland, situated near Maple-
ville, in said county, and State, as contained in the last will
and testament of Martin Emmert, late of Washington county,
deceased.

48. To a deed and conveyance by George A. Cook and Jean-
nette Cook, his wife, to and for the use and benefit of the min-
ister, Consistory or Trustees of the Third German Reformed
Church of the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, of two lots
of ground, situate and lying in Baltimore City, Maryland,
which deed is dated the 5th day of October, 1897, and is
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1696, folio 12, etc., and to a confirmatory deed of
the same lots of ground, dated the 21st day of December, 1910,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, afore-
said, in Liber S. C. L. No. 2628, folio 371, etc., and to the hold-
ing, sale, mortgaging, leasing or otherwise disposing of the
same by the said Minister, Consistory or Trustees, of the Third
German Reformed Church of the City of Baltimore.

49. To the deed and conveyance by Mary A. McGrath and
J. Elliott Gilpin, and Olive R Gilpin, his wife, to First Church
of Christ Scientist, of Baltimore City, which deed is dated
December 1st, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. O. L. No. 2624, folio 86, etc.

50. To the benefit of $1,200.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Anna M. Englebrecht, late of Frederick
county, said will being recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Frederick county, to the Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Frederick City, Maryland.

51. To the bequest of $2,000.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Edgar G. Miller, late of Baltimore county,
deceased, to the Vestry of the Church of the Redeemer, a body
corporate (the said The Vestry of the Church of the Redeemer
being the one which is located in Baltimore county).

52. To the deed and grant of a certain lot of ground in
Baltimore City, situate on the west side of Broadway and the
reversion therein, the annual ground rent of $80.00 issuing and
payable thereout, which was conveyed to The Vestry of the
Church of the Redeemer by William P. Barnhill by deed dated
September 30th, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2689, folio 171, etc.

53. To the following gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds to
and for the use and benefit of the Baltimore City "Protestant
Episcopal Missionary Committee": (a) a deed -from Emma G.
