of the same.

58. To the bequest of $1,000.00 as contained in the will of
Virginia Brunner, late of Frederick county, deceased, recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in
Liber W. B. C. No. 2, folio 506, to the Rector and Vestry of
All Saints' Church, Frederick, Maryland, of which at the time
Reverend Douglass Hooff is the rector.

59. To the legacies as contained in the last will and codicil
of Frances Ann Thompson, late of St. Mary's county, recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of said county on the 13th
day of July, 1909, to the Vestry of All Faith Church in said
St. .Mary's county, and to Cardinal Gibbons in trust for the
Immaculate Conception Church and St. Joseph's Church in said
St. Mary's county.

60. To the legacies as contained in the will and codicil of
Martha A. Harrison, late of St. Mary's county, recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of said county on the 13th day
of December, 1910, to the Vestry of All Faith Church in St.
Mary's county.

61. To the sale, deed and grant of certain property described
in a deed from Charles Heise and Emma Heise, his wife, of
the City of Baltimore, to the Trustees of ine Overlea Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore county, Maryland, a body cor-
porate, dated May 28th, 1910, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore county, in Liber W. P. C. No. 363, folio
504, etc., the same being for the use and benefit of the congre-
gation worshipping at said Overlea Methodist Episcopal Church.

62. To the two following deeds to the Trustees of the Mary-
land Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church;
one from Algernor S. Keyser, trustee, dated July 13th, 1909,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 2514, folio 88, etc., and the other from
George J. Noeth and wife, dated July 16th, 1909, and recorded
among said Land Records in Liber S. C. L. No. 2514, folio 87,
etc., and to the holding and disposing by the said Trustees of
the Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant
Church of the property therein conveyed.

63. To the bequest of certain leasehold property on Biddle
street, in Baltimore City, as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Sarah E. B. Johnson, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
which will is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Liber R. T. B. No. 59, folio 488, to the
Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Balti-
