41. To the bequest of $200.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Catharine Cramer, late of Washington county,
Maryland, to the Mt. Zion Church, known as Fahrney's Church,
near Mapleville, Washington county, Maryland, the annual in-
come to be applied to the keeping in proper condition the ceme-
tery belonging to said Mt. Zion Church.
42. To the bequest of $533.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Catharine Cramer, late of Washington county,.
Maryland, to Mt. Lena Church of the United Brethren in
Christ, at Smoketown, in Washington county, Maryland, to be
used in keeping said church in proper repair, also the graveyard
belonging to said church in proper repair and condition.
43. To the bequest of all the rest and residue of the estate
of Catharine Cramer, late of Washington county, Maryland,
as contained in the last will and testament of the said Catherine
Cramer, to the Mt. Lena Church of the United Brethren in
Christ for the purposes specified in said last will and testament.
44. To the devise of a lot or parcel of ground, together with
improvements thereon, lying and being in Clear Spring, Wash-
ington county, Maryland, as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Fannie Reed, late of Washington county, Maryland, to
the Counsel of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, of
Clear Spring, Washington county, Maryland.
45. To the bequest of $1,000.00 as contained in the last
will and testament of John Q. Snyder, late of Washington
county, to the proper officials of the Mt. Moriah Congregation
of the German Reformed Church by whatever official title said
congregation may be known, to be safely invested, the income to
be used for the payment of the pastor's salary and for that
alone.
46. To the bequest of $1,200.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah Jane Bear, late of Washington county,
to the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, Mary-
land, to be held in trust by said company for forty years, from
the date of said deceased's death to be invested by said com-
pany from time to time in such securities as said company may
deem good and advisable, and the interest derived from said
investment after deducting all expenses, or making the invest-
ments and collecting the interest to be paid annually to the
Trustees or their Treasurer of the Christian Church at Beaver
Creek, Washington county, Maryland, said Trustees to pay the
same over to the Elders of said Christian Church, and to be
expended by them as directed by the aforesaid last will and
testament.
