PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 1183

34. To the bequest of $1,000.00 as contained in the last
will and testament of Catherine V. Hoover, late of Carlisle,
State of Pennsylvania, deceased, to the Trustees of Centennial
Memorial Church of the United Brethren in Christ at Fred-
erick City, Frederick City, Maryland.

35. To the bequest of $100.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Catherine V. Hoover, late of Carlisle, State
of Pennsylvania, deceased, to the Home Missionary Society of
the United Brethren in Christ.

36. To the devise as contained in the last will of Lucy J.
Dorsey, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for

Calvert county, of certain real estate in North Chesapeake
Beach, in Calvert county, Maryland, to the American Bible
Society, the Bible Society of Virginia, and (the Moody Bible
Society of Chicago, Illinois, to be divided equally between them,
and to the holding, selling or otherwise disposing of the same
by the said devises, respectively.

37. To the deed and conveyance of a parcel of land located
in Montgomery county, Maryland, known as Lot Number 2, in
a sub-division of land known as and called Sunny Side, as

described on a plat recorded in Plat Book No. 1, Plat Number
37, by Harry W. Blunt, Junior, and Mary Or. Blunt, his wife,
and Joseph H. Bradley, and Anne P. Bradley, his wife, to the
Vestry of Norwood Parish of Montgomery county, Maryland,
which deed is dated the 3rd day of September, 1910, and
recorded among the land records of Montgomery county, in
Liber No. 216, folio 109.

38. To the bequest of $100.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Fannie Reed, late of Washington county,
deceased, to the Counsel of St. Paul's Church, of Washington

county, Maryland, near the Town of Clear Spring, Maryland.

39. To the bequest of $500 as contained in the last will
and testament of Martin Emmert, late of Washington county,
deceased, to the Fahrney Congregation of the German Baptist
Brethren Church, to be invested by the trustees of said church
and the interest annually paid to the needy ministers of said
congregation at such times and such amounts as to said trustees
may seem proper.

40. To the bequest of $100.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Catherine Cramer, late of Washington county,
Maryland, to Christian Church of Beaver Creek, of Washing-
ing county, Maryland, the annual income to be applied to
keeping in condition the grave of the husband of said deceased.
