W. J. No. 108, folio 515, etc.; and to the bequest to Helen
Wynifred Wittingham of the sum of $1,000 in trust to be used
at her discretion for the benefit of St. Mark's Chapel, Cecil
county, as contained in the codicil to said will dated November
29, 1910, and recorded with said will.

13. To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
ground fronting on the easterly side of Collins street, seventy
feet, with an even depth of one hundred and forty-five feet to a
ten-foot alley, in the town of Laurel, Prince George's county,
from Charles F. Shaffer and Jane F. Shaffer, his wife, to the
Trustees of the Laurel Presbyterian Church, a body corporate,
formed for religious purposes under the laws of the State of
Maryland, the deed for said conveyance being dated the 9th day
of November, in the year 1911, and being intended for record
among the Land Records of said Prince George's county upon
the passage and approval of this act.

14. To the following sales, grants and deeds to the Vestry
of Saint Peter's Church, in the City of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate, conveying to the said body corporate, certain interests in
certain lands with the improvements thereon, in the City of
Baltimore and State of Maryland, as particularly described in
the following deed, viz: (1) a deed of assignment from William
G. Bansemer and others dated June the 11th, 1869, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber G. K. No.
425, folio 474, etc.; (2) a deed from John Curlett and others,
trustees, dated September the 19th, 1893, and recorded among
the said Land Records in Liber J. B. No. 1466, folio 103, etc.,
and (3) a deed from David W. Ferine, dated September the
19th, 1870, and recorded among said Land Records in Liber
G. E. No. 480, folio 375, etc.

15. To the sale, grant and deed of certain land with the
improvements thereon from the Vestry of Saint Peter's Church
in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, to the African Meth-
odist Bethel Church of the City of Baltimore, a body corporate,
dated the 22nd day of November, 1910, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2622,
folio 82, etc., and conveying two lots of- ground with the
improvements thereon, lying and being in the City of Balti-
more and State of Maryland, at the intersection of Lanvale
street and Druid Hill avenue, fronting one hundred and ten
feet on the southwest side of Druid Hill avenue, with an even
depth southwesterly on Lanvale street of one hundred and sev-
enty-one feet and three inches to Etting street or alley, and also
the adjacent lot to the northwest thereof, fronting eight feet
and seven inches on the southwest side of Druid Hill avenue,
