body corporate, with full and complete powers to encumber or
dispose of the same.

9. To the sale, grant and deed by Frederick Conrad and
Caroline Conrad, his wife, to the German Reformed Zion Con-
gregation of Baltimore City, a body corporate, of a certain lot
and premises as contained in a deed dated September the 14th,
1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 2607, folio 99, and to the holding of said
lot of ground and premises by the said body corporate with full
and complete powers to encumber or dispose of the same.

10. To the gift, grant and deed of a certain unimproved lot
of ground, fronting ninety-three feet on Laurel avenue, with
an even depth of two hundred and thirty-six feet six inches, to
an alley, in the town of Laurel, Prince George's county, to
James Nichols, John W. Whiteside and William Snowden,
trustees, from Arthur P. German and others, said deed being
dated the 19th day of October, in the year 1889, and recorded
among the Land Records of said Prince George's county in
Liber No. 1, folio 346, etc., and to the reconveyance, grant and
deed of said lot from John W. Whiteside and William Snowden,
surviving trustees, to the Trustees of the Laurel Presbyterian
Church, a body corporate, formed for religious purposes under
the laws of the State of Maryland, said last-mentioned deed
being dated the 11th day of March, 1901, and recorded among
the Land Records of said Prince George's county in Liber No.
41, folio, 558, etc.

11. To the bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Benj. O. Lowndes, late of Prince George's
county, in the State of Maryland, deceased, as embodied in his
last will and testament probated the 20th day of July, 1897,
and recorded in the Register of Wills' office, in said county, in
Liber J. B. P. No. 1, folio 376, of all the rest and residue of his
property both real and personal to and for the Domestic and
Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the United States of America, and to all conveyances made by
said beneficiary since the probate of said will in so far as the
validity of the same may depend upon the sanction of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland to the aforesaid devises and bequests.

12. To the bequest to the Vestry of St. Luke's Church of a
leasehold lot of ground on the west side of Calhoun street, in the
City of Baltimore, known as number 222 North Calhoun street,
as contained in the last will and testament of the late Eve
Alexander, dated July 8th, 1908, and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Wills, Liber H.
