5. To the bequest as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Susan Asenath Harwood, late of Baltimore City, of
$1,000.00 to the Vestry of All Saints Parish, in Calvert county.

6. To the devise contained in the twenty-first item of the
last will and testament of Levin S. Nelson, late of Worcester
county, Maryland, said will being dated the 9th day of April,
1910, duly probated and filed in the office of the Register of
Wills of Worcester county, Maryland, of a certain house and
lot used as a parsonage, situated on Main street, in BishopYille,
Worcester county, Maryland, adjoining the lands of Jacob
Smith and Asher Modre, to the Trustees of Wilson's Methodist
Episcopal Church, of Bisnopville, Maryland, and their suc-
cessors in office, to have and to hold the same forever, the same
to be used as a parsonage for said church.

1. To the deed and conveyance from Richard Walzl and
wife to the Trustees of Relay Methodist Episcopal Church of
St. Denis, Baltimore county, Maryland, a body corporate, dated
February 11th, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore county, Maryland, in Liber J. W. S. No. 182, folio
508, etc., conveying two lots of ground situate in and near the
village of St. Denis, Baltimore county, Maryland, and being
lots Numbers 13 and 14 on a plat of land of Richard Walzl,
being recorded in Plat Book of said county, Liber J. W. S. No.
1, folio 44, the said two lots of ground being conveyed by said
body corporate to Joseph B. Tilghman and Nettie Tilghman,
his wife, by deed dated April the 12th, 1910, and recorded
among said Land Records in Liber W. P. C. No. 361, folio 77.
etc., and also in Liber W. P. C. No. 286, folio 365, etc.

S. To the sales, grants, and deed's to the English Evangelical
Lutheran1 Church of the Reformation of Baltimore City, a body
corporate of the lots of ground and premises situated in Balti-
more City, in the State of Maryland, and particularly described
in the following deeds: From John C. Hines and Nicea P.
Hines, his wife, dated April 18th, 1902, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R O. No. 1966,
folio 36, etc., from Mary A. Stockbridge, dated April 30th,
1907, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber E. O. No. 2339, folio 491; from Jacob W. Hook et al,
dated May 12th, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1343, folio 413, and from
Robert Booth and Fredrica J. (5. Booth, his wife, dated June
29th, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2669, folio 417, etc., and to
the holding of said lots of ground and premises by the said
