PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, ESQ., GOVERNOR. 1167

Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Cir-
cuit Court," as amended by Chapter 259 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1910, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows:

SEC. 81. There shall be four terms of the Circuit Court
for Worcester County to be held at Snow Hill, commencing on
the third Monday of January and July, the fourth Monday of
March and the second Monday in October in each year.

SEC. 82. Juries shall be summoned for the March and
October terms only.

SEC. 2. And b& U enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 11, 1912.

CHAPTER 709.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 8 of
Chapter 91, title "An Act to incorporate the Town of Mt.
Airy, in Carroll and Frederick counties, as passed' by the
General Assembly of Maryland at the January Session of
1894.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 8 of Chapter 91, title "An Act to incorporate
the Town of Mt. Airy, in Carroll and Frederick counties, as
passed by the General Assembly at the January Session of
1894, be and the same is hereby repealed and amended so as to
read as follows:

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the Council and all other
officers of the corporation shall before they enter upon the duties
of their office make oath that they are at least twenty-one years
of age, and reside within the corporate limits of said town of
Mt. Airy, and that they will diligently and faithfully, to the
best of their skill and judgment, perform the duties of their
office, and shall file a certificate thereof signed by the officers
before whom said oath was made, among the records of the
corporation.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
