director who is not a stockholder to the amount of five shares
of stock.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said corporation
shall be and is hereby authorized either for itself or as agent to
buy, sell, receive and ship on consignment all fruits, vegetables
and farm products of every kind and description, also to buy,
sell, receive, ship on consignments or manufacture crates, bas-
kets, boxes and other packages for the purpose of shipping
fruit, vegetables and farm products of every kind and descrip-
tion, and to manufacture ice and to do any and all things nec-
essary for the purpose of growing and marketing fruits, vege-
tables, farm products of every kind and description, and also
manufacturing ice, baskets, boxes and other packages for the
purposes aforesaid, to buy, sell, lease or otherwise acquire and
hold real and personal property in the State of Maryland or
elsewhere, to loan and borrow money for any of the corporate
purposes of the said corporation, and to mortgage its property,
to execute, acknowledge and deliver all deeds, mortgages and
other papers necessary for the transaction of its business.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the annual election
shall be held at such time and place as may be determined upon
by the by-laws, and in case of vacancy in the board of directors
caused by death, resignation or otherwise, the said board of
directors shall have power to fill said vacancy until the next
annual election.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the directors shall
have power to declare such dividends and profits of the said
corporation as they may deem proper, provided that no divi-
dend shall be declared when the capital stock would be impaired
thereby.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal section 81 and 82 of Article 24 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Circuit Court," as amended by Chapter 259 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, 1910, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 81 and 82 of Article 24 of the Public Local
