CHAPTER 710.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Chapter 91 of the Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, entitled An Act to incorporate
the Town of Mount Airy in Carroll and Frederick counties,
passed at the January Session of 1894.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General, Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 91 of the Acts of the General Assembly
passed at the January Session of 1894, be amended by adding
a new section after section 16 and to be known as section 16A.
SEC. 16A. And be it enacted, That all persons qualified to
vote within the limits of said corporation shall register with
the clerk of said corporation in the town register fifteen days
prior to the election of the Mayor and Council of said corpora-
tion.
SEO. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 711.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale of liquor and intoxicating drinks
within a portion of Prince George's County at or near the
House of Reformation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this act it shall not be
lawful for the liquor license commissioners of Prince George's
county to issue any license to any person, persons or corpora-
tion, for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors in that por-
tion of Prince George's county within one mile, in all direc-
tions, from the building known as the Administration Building
of the House of Reformation for Colored Boys.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 712.
AN ACT to repeal sections 1 to 222, both inclusive, of Article
4, entitled "City of Baltimore," of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, sub-title "Charter," and the several acts
and parts of acts amendatory of said sections or supplemental
thereto, and to re-enact the provisions of the same with
