expenditure of all the money levied for that purpose, and to
make any agreement or agreements necessary to carry out the
purpose of this act. If there should be any of said funds
remaining after all payments for the construction of said build-
ing have been completed, the said Board of County School Com-
missioners for Caroline County are hereby authorized to use
the same in their discretion for the best interest of said school.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 686.

AN ACT to divide Election District No. Two of Dorchester
county into two precincts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Election District No. 2 of Dorchester county be
and the same is hereby divided into two voting precincts to
be known respectively as the "First" and "Second" election
precinct of the Second Election District of said Dorchester

county, the division line between the said precincts shall be as
follows:

Beginning at the mouth of Cabin creek, thence running

easterly with the centre of said creek to a point opposite the
northern boundary between the lands of J. A. Bakers and
Nat. Moxey; thence intersecting the said boundary between
the lands of J. A. Bakers and Nat. Moxey, running due south
till intersecting the northern branch of Warwick river; thence
running easterly with centre of said branch of Warwick river
to a point opposite the northern boundary between the lands
of John Phelan and S. L. Webster; thence intersecting said
boundary and running southerly with the line between the
lands of John Phelan and S. L. Webster straight on till inter-
secting the center of the State road leading from New East
Market to Cambridge; thence westerly with the center of
said State road till intersecting the line between East New
Market and Linkwood; thence northerly with the western line
of East New Market district to the mouth of Cabin creek, the
place of beginning. The voting or polling place for the said
First Precinct shall be East New Market, the former polling
place for said district, and the voting or polling place for
the said Second precinct shall be at Secretary.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of correct-
ing the registries of voters of No. 2 or East New Market
