Chapter 329 of the Acts of 1904; and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 270M, 270O, 270T, 270V, 270CC,
270-OO, 270MM, 270SS, 270XX, 270YY, 270MMM, 270PPP,
270SSSS, 270WWWW, 270CCCCC, and to repeal sections 270C,
270D, 270F, 270H, 270FF, 270NN, 270II, 270JJ, 270LL,
270NNN, 270OOO, 270QQQ, 279RRR, 2Y9BBBB of said article
of said Code as the same were enacted by Chapter 2 of the
Acts of 1898, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
section 325 and to repeal section 175, 177, 179, 184, 189
and 224 of Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick,"
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 172 and
to repeal section 171 and 178 of said article of said Code,
as the same were enacted by Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1898;
and to add certain new and additional sections to said Arti-
cle 11 of said Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," to follow section
270FFFFF, and to be known as sections 271, 272, 273, 274,
275, 276, 277, 278, 2Y9, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285,
286, 287, 288, 289, 290, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295, 296,
297, 298 and 299.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 157, 174, 180, 270G of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick
County," sub-title "Frederick," as the same were amended by
Chapter 335 of the Acts of 1904, be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments and that sections 185
and 270S of said article of said Code as the same were amended
by Chapter 335 of the Acts of 1904, be and the same are
hereby repealed, and that section 181 and 182 of said article of
said Code as the same were enacted by Chapter 295 of the
Acts of 1904, be and the same are hereby repealed, and that
sections 270CCC, 270DDD, 270HHH of said article of said Code
as the same were amended by Chapter 329 of the Acts of 1904,
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, and that sections 270GG and 270RR of said article of said
Code as the same were amended by said Chapter 329 of the
Acts of 1904, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-en-
acted with amendments, and that sections 270GG and 270RR of
said article of said Code as the same were amended by said
