and Corrections for Frederick County arising from the support
and maintenance of the inmates at Montevue, and the balance
of such purchase money shall be expended for the purchase of
land and erection of buildings suitable for the support and
maintenance of the poor of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 6T9.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 428 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1906,
entitled "An Act to provide for affidavit to and recording
of deeds of trust conveying real estate in Montgomery county
as security for debt and of assignments and release of such
deeds of trust.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 428 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the Session of 1906, entitled "An Act to
provide for affidavit to and recording of deeds of trust con-
veying real estate in Montgomery county as security for the debt
and assignments of release of such deeds of trust," be and the
same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 680.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 157,
174, 180, 270G, and to repeal sections 185 and 270B of
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," as the same
were amended by Chapter 335 of the Acts of 1904; and to
repeal sections 181 and 182 of said article of said Code as
the same were enacted by Chapter 295 of the Acts of 1904;
and to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 270CCC,
270DDD, 270HHH, and to repeal sections 270GG, 270RR of
