CHAP. 81.

by ratified and made valid in all things, and is hereby

declared to he good and available in law, and in equi-

ty, to effect the purposes therein, and thereby express-

ed, and to pass the lands and premisses therein men-

tioned, and thereby intended to be settled and limited

for the estates, and in the manner, and on the terms,
|

and conditions therein and thereby declared and ap-
|
 
|
pointed, and to bind the parties thereto according to
|

the several covenants and agreements therein contained

and to restrain the legal rights, and claims, and limit
|
 
|
the responsibilities of the parties thereby intended to
|
 
|
be restrained and limited, according to the true intent
|
 
|
and meaning of the said Deed, and as well in relation
|
 
|
to property in any other county, as to property situated
|
Inabilities annulled
|
in Kent county, in which last mentioned county alone
|
 
|
the said Deed has been recorded, and the said Ezekiel
|
 
|
F. Chambers shall not hereafter be liable for any debts
|
 
|
contracted or created by the said Sarah G. Chambers
|
 
|
so long as the annuity provided for by the said Deed
|
 
|
shall be regularly paid.

An act for shutting up certain parts of Saint Paul's

Street and of Lovegrove Alley, in the City of Balti-
|
 
|
more.
|
Parts of streets, &c closed
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That all that part of Saint Paul's Street,
|
 
|
heretofore located by the commissioners appointed
|
 
|
under the act of December Session eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and seventeen, chapter one hundred and forty eight,
|
 
|
which lies between Chase street and Biddle street,
|
 
|
and all that part of Lovegrove Alley, lying between
|
 
|
Chase street and Biddle street aforesaid, in the city of
|
 
|
Baltimore, be, and the same are hereby closed and
|
 
|
shut up; and that the Baltimore Water Company, be,
|
 
|
and they are hereby empowered to enclose, improve,
|
 
|
and hold the parts of said ground over which said
|
 
|
street and alley were so located, in the same manner
|
 
|
as if such locations had never been made.
