An Act to condemn and make public an Alley, called,
|
 
|
West Alley, in the City of Baltimore.
|
Condemnation
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
 
|
That West Alley, running from Eutaw street to Lun's
|
 
|
lane, between Camden street and Perry street former-
|
 
|
ly called Peace alley, shall be and is hereby condemn-
|
 
|
ed as a public street and highway, and subject to the
|
 
|
ordinances of the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
|
 
|
more, as other public streets, lanes and alleys are in
|
 
|
said city, and the lines of said Alley shall he as fol-
|

lows, viz: the southern line thereof shall be a line
|
 
|
drawn from Eutaw street to Lun's lane, ah out fifty
|
 
|
feet north from the north-west corner of Eutaw street
|
 
|
and Perry street, formerly called Peace alley, and at
|
 
|
the corner of a brick house now owned by Lewis Kalb-
|
 
|
fous, and running thence westwardly along the line of
|
 
|
said house to Lun's lane, and coinciding with the line
|
 
|
of a brick house on or near Lun's lane, now owned by
|
 
|
James Lyon, and said Alley shall have a breadth of
|
 
|
twelve feet, its northern boundary being a line drawn
|
 
|
twelve feet distance from the line above described, and
|
 
|
parallel thereto.

An act to confirm an act, passed December session, eigh-
|
 
|
teen hundred and thirty-four, chapter two hundred
|
 
|
and nineteen.
|
Confirmation
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
 
|
That the act, entitled, an act to alter and amend the
|
 
|
constitution, passed at December session, eighteen
|
 
|
hundred and thirty-four, chapter two hundred and
|
 
|
nineteen, he and the same is hereby approved, ratified
|
 
|
and confirmed.
