————— pay Alexander Cheves one hundred and fifty dollars, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasury, for professional services rendered in the trial of certain Rail Road rioters in Baltimore county court, at the last November term.

Resolution in favor of Alexander Cowan and Henry Coulter.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Alexander Cowan, sixty-four dollars for his services as Sergeant at Arms, and to Henry Coulter, twenty-eight dollars for services rendered as Door keeper, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby authorised and directed to pay to Joseph Harris, clerk of Saint Mary's County Court, the sum of twenty-two dollars and sixty-five cents, fees due him as clerk of said county, from the State.
