Resolution in favor of Margaret Waters.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Mar-
|
 
|
garet Waters, widow of Dr. Wilson Waters, in quar-
|
 
|
terly payments during her life, out of any unappro-
|
 
|
priated money in the Treasury, a sum of money equal
|
 
|
to the half pay of a surgeon's mate, in consideration of
|
 
|
the services of her husband.

Resolution in favor of Nathaniel H. Ellicott.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Nathaniel
|
 
|
H. Ellicott, or order, the sum of five dollars and twen-
|
 
|
ty-five cents, out of any unappropriated money in the
|
 
|
treasury.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the Attorney General of this State he directed to stay
|

all further proceedings in certain claims of the State
|

of Maryland for interest against the securities of Mar-
|
 
|
cy Fountain, former Collector of Caroline county, un-
|
 
|
til the first day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-
|
 
|
seven.
