1835. RESOLUTIONS.

vcrnor, by and with the advice and consent of the council, be and he is hereby authorised and requested to fill such vacancy.

Resolved, That the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Council, be, and he is hereby, authorised and required to make such compensation to the commissioners to be appointed under the foregoing resolution, when they shall have discharged the duties therein prescribed, as he shall deem reasonable and just, by an order drawn on the Treasurer of the Western Shore, who is hereby directed to pay the same.

Passed Feb. 27, 1836	Resolution in favor of Josiah Bayley.
	Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
	the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be and he is
	hereby directed to pay out of any money unappropria-
	ted in the Treasury, to Josiah Bayley, the Attorney
	General of this State, five hundred dollars, for his pro-
	fessional services in the suit of the State of Maryland,
	against the State of Virginia commenced under the di-
	rection of the Legislature of this State, and since dis-
	continued.

Passed March 8	Resolution in favor of Sega Taylor.
	Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
	the Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is
	hereby authorised and required to pay to Sega Tay-
	lor, of Anne Arundel county, or to her order, the
	amount due her late husband, John Taylor, upon the
	pension list of this State, at the time of his death.
