No. 49.

Passed Feb,24,1836

Resolution in favor of Clemmency Parrish.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to James Nel-

 

son, Esq., the sum of six dollars, for the use of Clem-

 

mency Parrish, widow of Edward Parrish, deceased,

 

late of Baltimore county, a soldier of the revolution,

 

it being the amount due said Parrish for revolutionary

 

services, at the time of his decease.

Resolution in favor of John Jarman Thomas.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to John Jarman

 

Thomas, a soldier of the revolution, the half pay of a

 

private during his life.

Resolution in favor of Elizabeth Merryman.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Elizabeth

 

Merryman, widow of Luke Merryman, a soldier of the

 

revolution, the half pay of a private during life, in con-

 

sideration of his revolutionary services.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to John Hays,

 

a soldier of the revolution, the half pay of a private
