LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 333.

teen hundred and thirteen, and executed in presence of Thomds Wells, be, and the same is hereby authorised to be recorded at any time before the first day of October next, in the records of Frederick county, and said deed when so recorded shall have the same effect to every intentahd purpose as if said deed had been duly executed in presence of two witnesses, and recorded within the time prescribed by law, for recording deeds of manumission.

 

CHAPTER 332.

Passed April 2,1836

A further additional supplement to an act, entitled, an

 

act for quieting possessions, enrolling conveyances,

 

and securing the estates of purchasers.

Deeds not con-

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

formming act of 1831 made valid

That all deeds or instruments of writing which have

 

been taken, executed and acknowledged within this

 

State, since the tenth day of February, eighteen hun-

 

dred and thirty-four, which may not have been certifi-

 

ed by the takers of the acknowledgments of said deeds

 

or instruments of writing, as required by the act of

 

December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-one,

 

chapter two hundred and five, be, and are hereby con-

 

firmed and made valid, to all intents and purposes;

Proviso

Provided, that in other respects the said deeds or in-

 

struments of writing have been executed, acknowledg-

 

ed, and recorded in conformity with the laws relating

 

to the subject at that time in force in this State.

 

CHAPTER 333.

Passed Mar.28, 1836

An additional supplement to the act, entitled, an act to

 

incorporate the Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Com-

 

pany.

Time extended

Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That the time allowed by the act to which this is a
