SEC. 20. And be it enacted, That no volunteer divi-

he shall cause the same to be investigated, and if it shall

 

be established to his satisfaction that the said divi-

 

sion, brigade or regiment has not the said complement,

 

he shall forthwith report the same to the Governor and

SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That so much of the act

SEC. 28. And be it enacted. That any clause, matter

ty-eight, or in the supplement thereto, or in the seve-

 

ral militia raws of this State, which shall be found in-

 

consistent with, or repugnant to the provisions of this

 

act, are hereby repealed, so far as relates to the city of

 

Baltimore; Provided, however, that whenever the mi-

litia of the city of Baltimore, or any part thereof shall

 

be called into actual service, they shall in all respects

 

be subject to the like regulations and orders, as the

 

other militia of the State.

 

SEC. 23 And be if enacted, That nothing in this act

shall be construed to extend to any part of the militia

 

of this State, except within the limits of the city of

 

Baltimore, nor shall it be construed to impair the pri-
