Aft act, entitled, a supplement to an act to lay out and
|

open a road through part of Frederick and Baltimore
|
 
|
counties, passed at December session, eighteen hundred
|
 
|
and thirty -five.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Commissioners to
|
Maryland, That the commissioners appointed by the
|
locate
|
act to which this is a .supplement, to lay out and locate
|
 
|
a certain public road therein mentioned, be and they
|
 
|
are hereby authorised and required to fix for the be-
|
 
|
gining of said road. and in their location thereof, to
|
 
|
start at the old liberty road near Devilbisses' Mill in
|
 
|
Frederick county, and in all other respects to conform
|
 
|
to the provisions of the original act to which this is a
|
 
|
supplement.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all such provisions
|
Repeal
|
in the original act as may be inconsistent with or con-
|
 
|
tradictory to this supplement, be and the same are here
|
 
|
by repealed.
|

An act to provide for an alteration in the constitution,
|

so far as relates io the division of the sixth election
|
 
|
district, in Worcester comity.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-
|
 
|
bly, by the petition of sundry citizens residing in the
|
 
|
sixth election district, in Worcester county, that they
|
 
|
labour under great inconvenience in being so distant
|
 
|
from the place of holding the election in said district,
|
 
|
Therefore:
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted bij the General Assembly of
|
Constitu tion alter
|
Maryland, That so much of the constitution of the State
|
ed
|
as relates 10 the division of Worcester county into
|
 
|
election districts, be, and the same is hereby altered
|
 
|
and amended, so far as to authorise the division of the
|
 
|
sixth election district in said county, into two sepa-
|
 
|
rate election districts.
|
 
|
|
|
