shall examine and report to the said court, whether it

 

will he for the benefit and advantage of Tudor Beall

 

and Ann Catharine Beall, [*minors, that a part of a lot

 

of ground, belonging to the said minors,] lying in the

 

city of Baltimore, at the north-east intersection of

 

Howard and Monument streets, should be exchanged

 

for a part of the adjoining lot belonging to David

 

Moore, and if the said persons should make return

 

that such exchange would be beneficial and advanta-

 

geous to the said minors, they shall particularly de-

 

scribe and set forth, in their said return, the pieces of

 

ground which they recommend to be so exchanged as

 

aforesaid.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if the persons ap-

pointed as aforesaid, shall recommend an exchange as

 

aforesaid, the said orphans' court, be and they are

 

hereby authorised and empowered to direct the guar-

 

dian or next friend of said minors, to execute, a deed

 

of the ground belonging to the said minors, which is

 

recommended to be exchanged, whenever a good and

 

sufficient deed shall be executed by the proprietor o)

 

the adjoining lot, conveying to the said minors the

 

ground recommended to be conveyed to them; Provided

Proviso

always, that the orphans' court aforesaid, shall be

 

satisfied that the exchange recommended would be

 

beneficial to said minors; And provided also, that be-

 

fore the persons, appointed as aforesaid, proceed to

 

act, they shall severally make oath, faithfully and im-

 

partially to execute the provisions of this law.

 

CHAPTER 233.

 

An act to authorise the Commissioners of the town of

Passed Mar.25,1836

Cambridge, in Dorchester county, to remove obstruc-

 

tions from the mouth, and, other parts of Cambridge

 

creek, and for other purposes therein stated.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Commissioners

Maryland, That it shall and may be lawful for 'the
