four thousand dollars, together with interest thereon,

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

An act to authorise the Clerk of Prince George's county.

Passed Mar, 25, 1836

to record a deed therein mentioned, and to make the

 

same valid.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Record directed

Maryland, That the clerk of Prince George's county

 

court, he and he is hereby authorised and directed to

 

record a deed from Frances P. Hamelton, of the State

 

of Illinois, to Horatio C. Scott, of Prince George's

 

county, in the State of Maryland.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the
