SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall and may be

lawful for the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,

may by loan or levy

at any time, to provide by loan or by levy upon the
|
 
|
|
assessable property of the city aforesaid, for the pay-
|
 
|
|
ment and redemption of the stock aforesaid; and upon

the redemption thereof by the said city, within two

years from and after the passage of this act, thereafter
|
 
|
|
as heretofore, the said sum of twenty thousand dollars
|
 
|

annually, shall be paid out of the proceeds of duties

arising from sales at public auction, for the purpose of
|
 
|
|
deepening and improving the harbour of the city of
|
 
|
|
Baltimore, subject always to the control of the legis-
|
 
|
|
lature of Maryland.

An act to authorise the Clerk of Prince George's county.

to record a deed therein mentioned, and to make the

same valid.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Record directed
|
|
Maryland, That the clerk of Prince George's county
|
 
|
|
court, he and he is hereby authorised and directed to
|
 
|
|
record a deed from Frances P. Hamelton, of the State
|
 
|
|
of Illinois, to Horatio C. Scott, of Prince George's
|
 
|
|
county, in the State of Maryland.
|
 
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the
|

actual record of said deed, it shall be good and opera-

tive to convey the property, therein mentioned, accord-

ing to the true intent and meaning of said deed.
