Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That Lewis Ramsburgh, the executor of the last will

authorised, &c.

and testament of Stephen Ramsburg, may and he is

 

hereby authorised to pay, agreeably to the said last

 

will and testament, unto the Vestry of the German

 

Reformed Congregation of Frederick, the bequest of

 

the sum of three hundred dollars, given to the said

 

congregation by the said Stephen Ramsburg in and by

 

his last will and testament, and that the said vestry of

 

the said congregation, be.and they are hereby autho-

 

rised fo take, have and receive, and to demand, sue

 

for and recover, in any court of law or equity in this

 

State, the said bequest of three hundred dollars, made
