SEC. 3. Se it enacted, That each volunteer companj

that may be created, or organized under the provisions

and establish the uniform of the said company and the

field and staff officers of each volunteer regiment or-

ganized under said act may adopt and establish the
|
 
|
|
uniform to be worn by them, any thing in the same acl
|
 
|
|
to which this is a supplement, to the contrary notwith-
|
 
|
|
standing.

|
|
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the sixtieth and
|
60th and 61st sec-
|
|
sixty first sections of the act, to which this is a «ap-
|
repealed
|
|
plement, be, and the same are hereby repealed, and
|
 
|
|
the said act shall take effect and go into operation on
|
 
|
|
and after the first day of April next, and the Governor
|
 
|
|
of Maryland as commander in chief of the Militia of
|
 
|
|
this State shall immediately advertise to have the act
|
 
|
|
to which this is a supplement, and this act printed in
|
Printed, &c.
|
|
pamphlet form with marginal notes, upon the most
|
 
|
|
reasonable terms, and when so printed, one copy
|
 
|
|
thereof shall forthwith be sent by mail to each commis-
|
 
|
|
sioned officer of the State.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
Payment of legacy
|
|
That Lewis Ramsburgh, the executor of the last will
|
authorised, &c.
|
|
and testament of Stephen Ramsburg, may and he is
|
 
|
|
hereby authorised to pay, agreeably to the said last
|
 
|
|
will and testament, unto the Vestry of the German
|
 
|
|
Reformed Congregation of Frederick, the bequest of
|
 
|
|
the sum of three hundred dollars, given to the said
|
 
|
|
congregation by the said Stephen Ramsburg in and by
|
 
|
|
his last will and testament, and that the said vestry of
|
 
|
|
the said congregation, be.and they are hereby autho-
|
 
|
|
rised fo take, have and receive, and to demand, sue
|
 
|
|
for and recover, in any court of law or equity in this
|
 
|
|
State, the said bequest of three hundred dollars, made
|
 
|
|
