CHAPTER 175.

Passed Mar. 22,1836

An act to divorce Caleb Rhodes, of the city of Baltimore,

 

from his wife Fanny Rhodes.

Divorce

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That the marriage heretofore had and solemnized be-

 

tween Caleb Rhodes, of the city of Baltimore, and

 

Fanny Rhodes, be and the same is hereby declared null

 

and void, and the said Caleb Rhodes, and the said

 

Fanny Rhodes, are hereby declared to be divorced

 

a vinculo matrimonii.

 

CHAPTER 176.

Passed Mar.22,1836

An act to divorce Catharine Hyland, of the city of Bal-

 

timore, from her husband Benjamin Hyland.

Divorce

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That the marriage heretofore had and solemnized be-

 

tween Catharine Hyland, of the city of Baltimore, and

 

Benjamin Hyland, be and the same is hereby declared

 

to be null and void, and the said Catharine Hyland

 

and Benjamin Hyland are hereby declared to be divor-

 

ced a vinculo matrimonii.
