Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That an act, passed December session, eighteen hun-

dred and thirty-four, chapter one hundred and sixty-

six, entitled, an act to alter and change a part of the

division line between the second, third, and fourth elec-

tion districts, in Washington county, be and the same

is hereby confirmed.

CHAPTER 18.

: An act, entitled, a supplement to an act, passed Decem-

ber session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chap-

ter one hundred and forty-four, entitled, an act for

the reassessment and revaluation of all the real and

personal property in Washington county.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

point assessors, &c.

That the commissioners of Washington county, be and

they are hereby authorised to appoint one or three per-

sons, as they may deem expedient, to revalue and assess

all the real and personal property in said county, ac-

cording to the provisions of the act to which this is a

supplement.
