SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said levy courts

one thousand dollars in any one year; but are hereby

 

authorised to levy annually, any sum not exceeding the

 

foregoing limit, that they in their judgment may deem

 

expedient, until the sum of ten thousand dollars shall

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said levy court t

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the commissioners

to the State of Maryland, with security to be approved

 

by the levy court, in the penal sum of twenty thousand

 

dollars, conditioned for the faithful execution of the

 

trust hereby reposed in them, which bond shall be

 

lodged with the clerk of Montgomery county court, to

 

he by him recorded in the records of said court, a cer-

 

tified copy of which shall be received as evidence in

 

any court of law or equity in this State.

 

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the levy court afore-

at such times and in such sums as to meet the engage-

 

ments of the said commissioners, the aforesaid sum of

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That in case cither of
