construct a lateral Rail Road to Westminster and for

other purposes.

Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
Time extended
|
That the time limited by the second section of the act
|
 
|
to which this is a supplement, within which the Balti-
|
 
|
more and Susquehanna Rail Road Company were re-
|
 
|
quired to complete a branch Rail Road, as far as the
|
 
|
Town of Westminster, be, and the same is hereby ex-
|
 
|
tended for the term of five years after the expira-
|
 
|
tion of the time limited by the said act.
|

CHAPTER 140.

An act to divorce Maranda Hyatt, of Montgomery Coun-

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce
|
That the marriage heretofore solemnized between
|
 
|
Maranda Hyatt of Montgomery county and Lloyd
|
 
|
Hyatt, be, and the same is hereby declared to be null
|
 
|
and void, to all intents and purposes, and that the said
|
 
|
Maranda Hyatt and Lloyd Hyatt, be, and they are
|
 
|
divorced, a vinculo matrimonii.
