An act to authorise John Donahoo of Harford county, to
|
 
|
construct certain Wharves in the Town of Havre de
|
 
|
Grace.
|
Authority granted
|
Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
 
|
That John Donahoo of Harford county, he, and he is
|
 
|
hereby authorised to construct on his property in the
|
 
|
Town of Havre de Grace, such Wharves as he may
|
 
|
think necessary, and extend the same such a distance
|
 
|
into the stream of the Susquehannah River as may be
|
 
|
required to admit of the safe approach thereto of any
|
 
|
vessel navigating said river, provided said Wharves
|
 
|
be not extended so as to interfere with the navigation
|
 
|
or fishing on said river.
|

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to Incorporate

|
the Cecil county Rail Eoad Company, passed at Decem-
|
 
|
ber session eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter
|
 
|
two hundred and eighty-seven.
|
Act revived till 1840
|
Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
 
|
That the act to which this is a supplement and which
|
 
|
expired on the seventh day of March eighteen hun-
|
 
|
dred and thirty-four under the provisions of the twen-
|
 
|
ty fifth section of said act, be and the same ia hereby
|
 
|
revived, and shall continue and be in full force and
|
 
|
effect until the end of the year eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
forty, and the end of the next General Assembly
|
 
|
thereafter,
