SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Divorce

Maryland, That Mary E. Lewis-of the city of Balti-

 

more, be, and she is hereby divorced from bed, board,

 

and mutual cohabitation with her husband William W.

 

Lewis.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said William

Liabilities annulled

W. Lewis, shall not be liable for any debt to be hereaf-

 

ter contracted by the said Mary E. Lewis, nor be en-

 

titled to any property or estate which she may hereaf-

 

ter acquire, nor shall she the said Mary E. Lewis, be

 

entitled to any property or estate, which he may here-

 

after acquire.

 

CHAPTER 117.

 

An act to divorce Mary Tyson of Cecil county from her

Passed Mar. 2,1836

husband Joseph Tyson.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Divorce

Maryland, That Mary Tyson of Cecil county, be, and

 

she is hereby divorced from bed, board and mutual co-

 

habitation with her husband Joseph Tyson.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Joseph

Liabilities annulled

Tyson, shall not be liable for any debt to be hereafter

 

contracted by the said Mary Tyson, nor be entitled to

 

any property or estate which she may hereafter ac-

 

quire, nor shall the said Mary Tyson be entitled to

 

any property or estate which he may hereafter ac-
