CHAPTER 102,

CHAP. 103.

An act relating to certain claims on Baltimore county.

Passed Jan, 4, 1836

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

All existing' claims not demanded

Maryland, That all claims upon Baltimore county, for

within one year shall be forfeited

which levies have been heretofore made, and for which

 

payments respectively, shall not he demanded from the

 

treasurer of the county within one year after the pas-

 

sage of this act, shall be declared to be forfeited to the

 

use of the county, and the money's levied as aforesaid,

 

shall be thenceforth applicable to the payment of the

 

current expenses of the said county.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all claims upon Bal-

An, act to provide for the building of a Bridge over the

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Commissioners to construct

Maryland, That John Johns, William Tagart and

 

Captain William Jones, be and they are hereby ap-

 

pointed commissioners to contract for, and superin-

 

tend the building of a good and substantial Bridge

 

over the Beaver Dams in Baltimore county, where it

 

intersects the Falls Roads, in every respect to be fin-
