ings shall be had and the same regulations shall be

 

conformed to, as are directed by the first and second

 

sections of the act of December session, of the year

 

eighteen hundred and thirty-four, chapter two hundred

 

and seventy-seven, entitled, a supplement to the act,

 

entitled, an act relating to the City of Baltimore, pass-

 

ed at December session, eighteen hundred and seven-

 

teen, chapter one hundred and forty eight.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That before the Mayor

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That said street, when so

ference to said extension, are hereby required to return

 

under their hands and seals a plat of said street, when

CHAPTER 97.

 

An act to divorce Mildred B. Webster, of Prince George's

Passed Mar; 3,1836

county, from her husband Zachariah Webster,

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce

That the marriage heretofore solemnized between Mil-

 

dred B. Webster, of Prince George's county, and

 

Zachariah Webster, he and the same is hereby de-

 

clared to be null and void, to all intents and purposes,

 

and that the said Mildred B. Webster and Zachariah

 

Webster, be and they are divorced a vinculo matri-
