ings shall be had and the same regulations shall be

conformed to, as are directed by the first and second

sections of the act of December session, of the year

eighteen hundred and thirty-four, chapter two hundred

and seventy-seven, entitled, a supplement to the act,

entitled, an act relating to the City of Baltimore, pass-

ed at December session, eighteen hundred and seven-

teen, chapter one hundred and forty eight.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That before the Mayor

nance or resolution in pursuance of this act, it shall

cause this act to be published for at least one week,

daily, in all the daily newspapers of Baltimore.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That said street, when so

extended, shall be a public street and highway forever

thereafter: and the commissioners who shall act in re-

ference to said extension, are hereby required to return

under their hands and seals a plat of said street, when

Baltimore to be there filed and preserved as the evi-

dence of said extension.

An act to divorce Mildred B. Webster, of Prince George's

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Divorce

That the marriage heretofore solemnized between Mil-

dred B. Webster, of Prince George's county, and

Zachariah Webster, he and the same is hereby de-

clared to be null and void, to all intents and purposes,

and that the said Mildred B. Webster and Zachariah

Webster, be and they are divorced a vinculo matri-

monii.
