RESOLUTION

 

of Ohio county, Kentucky, a poldier of the revolutionary

 

war, or to his order during life, in half yearly payments, a

 

sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, as a fur-

 

ther remuneration for his services during said war.

Resolution in favor of William Caton.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

treasurer of the western shore, to pay to William Caton or

 

to his order, the sum of one hundred and thirty-one dollars,

 

out of any unappropriated money in the treasury.

Resolution respecting the copies subscribed for, of the di-

 

gested Index of Maryland Reports.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the governor and council, be, and they are hereby request-

 

ed to cause the necessary number of the copies subscribed

 

for, by order of the Legislature of the digested index of

 

Maryland Reports, to be published by Alexander Randall,

 

when received to be distributed in the same manner, and to

 

the same persons, as the Maryland Reports are directed to
be distributed to by resolution number seventy-eight, pas-

 

sed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-five,

 

and the residue of the said copies to be deposited in the

 

State Library.

Resolution in favor of William Cooper.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the register of the land office, for the western shore, issue

 

to William Cooper, of the state of Kentucky, a soldier of

 

the revolution, a common warrant for fifty acres of vacant

 

land, lying in Allegany county, and to issue a patent for the
said quantity of acres of land, upon a certificate of the sur-
