Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the treasurer of the western shore, be, and he is hereby au-

|
 
|
the benefit and use of Catharine Grove, widow of David
|
 
|
Grove, such sum as may appear to have been due her said
|
 
|
husband at the time of his death.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the armorer at Annapolis, be, and he is hereby required to
furnish the Montgomery troop of cavalry, commanded
|

by Captain Henry Dunlop, with fifty swords and fifty pis-
|
 
|
tols, with appropriate accoutrements, upon bond and secu-
|
 
|
rity being given for the safe keeping, and return of the
|
 
|
same to the state, to be approved by the governor and
|
 
|
council .

Maryland, against Robert C. Lusby, former sheriff of Cecil

county, and his securities, be, and the same are hereby sus-

pended until the first day of JSeptember next; Provided,
|
 
|
