RESOLUTIONS.

1831.

widow of David Grove, a soldier of the revolutionary war,

 

or to her order, during widowhood, in half yearly payments,

 

a sura of money equal to the half pay of a private, in con-

 

sideration of the services rendered by her husband during

 

said war.

 

No. 55.

 

Resolution in favor of Catharine Grove, of Washington

Passed Mar. 8,1832

County.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the treasurer of the western shore, be, and he is hereby au-

 

thorised and required to pay to David Brookhart, to and for

 

the benefit and use of Catharine Grove, widow of David

 

Grove, such sum as may appear to have been due her said

 

husband at the time of his death.

Resolution in favor of Captain Henry Dunlop.

Passed Mar.8, 1832

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the armorer at Annapolis, be, and he is hereby required to
furnish the Montgomery troop of cavalry, commanded

 

by Captain Henry Dunlop, with fifty swords and fifty pis-

 

tols, with appropriate accoutrements, upon bond and secu-

 

rity being given for the safe keeping, and return of the

 

same to the state, to be approved by the governor and

 

council .

Resolution in favor of Robert C. Lusby, former Sheriff of

Passed Mar. 9, 1832

Cecil County.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all proceedings on the judgments obtained by the state of
Maryland, against Robert C. Lusby, former sheriff of Cecil

 

county, and his securities, be, and the same are hereby sus-
