No.27.

 

Resolution in favor of Jacob Wilson, of Caroline county.

Passed Feb. 6,1832

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, pay

 

to Jacob C. Wilson, of Caroline county, or order, the sum

 

of nineteen dollars and twenty-five cents, for the accommo-

 

dation of the militia ordered out by Col. Peter Willis, com-

 

mander in chief of the nineteenth regiment of the militia

 

of this state, in consequence of a report of an insurrection

 

of the negroes.

Resolution in favor of Charles E. Tilden.

Passed Feb. 6,1831

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

treasurer of the western shore, be and he is hereby direct-

 

ed to pay to Charles E. Tilden, or order, the sum of seven-

 

ty-five dollars and twenty-five cents, out of any unappro-

 

priated money in the treasury.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the governor and council, be and they are hereby author-

 

ised to forward, annually, to the executive of each state

 

and territory, in the Union, three copies of the laws annnally

 

passed by the General Assembly of this state, and also to

 

forward such of the compilations or editions, and annual

 

session laws of this state, as have been or may hereafter be

 

requested by the executive of any of the said states or territo-

 

ries; and also to forward to each of the executives one set

 

of the reports of decisions in the court of appeals of this

 

state, now published, and which hereafter shall be publish-

 

ed, and request of the said executives such of their laws

 

and reports as may not be in the State Library.

 

Further resolved. That the governor and council, be and

 

they are hereby authorised to purchase any of the laws ne-

 

cessary to enable them to comply with the aforegoing re-
