Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the court aforesaid shall

chasers; Provided, That nothing in this act contained, shall
be construed to authorise the sale of any land belonging to
the Protestant Episcopal Church in Easton, which certain
trustees in behalf of said church, formerly purchased from
a Mrs. Maxwells, of Queen Anne's county.

CHAPTER 158.

 

A supplement to an act entitled, An act to authorise commis-
sioners to divide Prince George's county into school dis-
tricts, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
thirty, chapter thirty-nine.

Passed Mar.1, 1832

WHEREAS, some of the commissioners appointed by the
act to which this is a supplement, have neglected or omitted
to perform the duties assigned them within the time limited
by said act: — Therefore,

Preamble.

Belt enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the time limited by an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty, chapter thirty -nine, entitled,
An act to authorise commissioners to divide Prince George's
county into school districts, for the commissioners to divide
their respective election districts into a suitable and conve-
nient number of school districts, be, and the same is hereby
extended to the first Monday of October next, any thing
in the act to which this is a supplement, to the contrary
thereof notwithstanding.

Time extended.

CHAPTER 159.

 

An act to provide for the rebuilding a certain Bridge therein
mentioned.

Passed Mar. 1,1831

WHEREAS, it has been represented to this General As-
sembly, by petition, that it would tend greatly to the ac-
commodation and convenience of the inhabitants of Prince
Georges and Anne Arundel counties, and to the public ge-
