for no other use or purpose: And whereas, the said trustees
are desirous of erecting a suitable dwelling thereon for the
use and accommodation of the teacher and for no other
purpose — therefore,

CHAP. 13.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the trustees aforesaid, or their successors, have full power
and authority to erect such suitable house on said lot as they,
in their judgment, shall deem proper for the purposes afore-
said, which said house, when so erected, shall be kept for
the use of a teacher and for no other purpose.

CHAPTER 12.

 

An act for the relief of John Norris and Caleb Pue, of Har-
ford county.

Passed Jan 14, 1832

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners of Harford county, on application of
John Norris and Caleb Pue, claiming damages sustained by
a public road laid out through the lands of the said John
Norris and Caleb Pue, shall extend to them the benefit of
an act relating to public roads in the several counties there-
in mentioned, passed February the eleventh, eighteen hun-
dred and twenty-two, chapter one hundred and fifty-two.

ch. 152 of 1822.

CHAPTER 13.

 

A supplement to the act, entitled, An act relating to Crom-
well's Bridge, in Baltimore county.

Passed Jan. 10, 1832

WHEREAS, the act to which this is a supplement, directed
the appointment of certain Supervisors, by the Commission-
ers of Baltimore county, during the month of April, eighteen
hundred and thirty one; And whereas, the acts of assembly
were not distributed until after the expiration of the period
during which the said appointment was directed to be made;
therefore:

Preamble.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Commissioners of Baltimore county, be, and they are
hereby authorised and directed to make the appointment of
Supervisors aforesaid, at some time previous to the first
day of August next; which appointment so made shall be as
valid and effectual to all intents and purposes as if it had
