CHAPTER 52.
A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act for the relief
of Adelaide V. Lowe, of Frederick County, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and twenty-two,
chapter one hundred.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the divorce of Adelaide V. Lowe from her husband
Bradley S. A. Lowe, by the act to which this is a supple-
ment, shall he, and is hereby made and declared to be, a.
divorce a vinculo matrimonii, as fully and to all in-
tents and purposes as if the said parties had been thus di-
vorced by the said original act, nevertheless reserving to
the said Adelaide V. Lowe, or her legal representatives,
the right to ask, claim and receive, from the said Bradley
S. A. Lowe, all the property which she possessed before
her intermarriage wi'h him, and that came- to his hands,
which he may not have returned, or the value thereof, if
the same cannot be specifically delivered.

An Act for the revaluation of Real and Personal Pro-
perty in Montgomery County,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the present commissioners of the tax of
Montgomery county he and they are hereby authorised and
required, to meet at Rockville, in said county, as soon as
way be practicable after the passage of this act, and there
proceed to revalue and reassess the real and personal pro-
perty in the said county, agreeably to the provisions of an
act passed at November session eighteen hundred and
twelve, entitled, An act for the valuation of real and per-
sonal property in the several counties in this state.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That the said commission-
ers of the tax for Montgomery county are hereby autho-
rised and empowered to carry into full effect and operation
all the provisions of this act, as well as the aforesaid act of
eighteen hundred and twelve, entitled, An act for the va-
luation of real and personal property in the several coun-
ties of this state.
